EO Chicago is an member and event driven organization that requires strong participation to thrive. The incoming president to the group felt that the group needed to reinvent itself and innovate to become more relevant to the audience.
We needed to create a presentation that not only connected with the drive, passion, and entrepreneurial spirit of the EO audience but to further showcase the high-level speakers lined up for the year. In addition, we came up with the concept of delivering the video through a branded video card mailed to all members. For those looking to reach a limited number of high-value prospects, video cards are the most impressive way to reach them. Unlike traditional mailers, they feel valuable and do not get tossed aside easily.
Following delivery of the video brochure, EO Chicago’s 70% membership renewal goal, previously considered lofty, skyrocketed to a greater than 90% member renewal rate; and the 2015 – 2016 annual event calendar launch event attracted more than 70% of the chapter’s members, smashing the previous two year’s attendance figures.
